What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
One of my greatest passions is helping others. I am one of the lucky few that are able to live their passion everyday helping our clients find solutions to protect their families and businesses.
Personally, my passions are my faith, family and friends.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
It is not a secret to my family or friends that I would try to save the world by volunteering full-time with a grass roots effort to reduce the number of foster children in the system or feed the hungry in our own city.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
My clients know they can trust me and feel comfortable asking me questions. They know if I don’t know the answer, I will do my best to find the answers.
How long have you been working in your field?
The insurance industry called my name fourteen years ago and I have never looked back.
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
It is tough to find the correct balance of coverage, premium, and service, but I work hard to customize options for each individual’s needs and provide support when they experience a loss.
What’s your favorite dessert?
Chili’s Hot Chocolate Molten Cake…Seriously, it is so good!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Read, volunteer, travel, spoil my granddaughters
What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Ever since I was a kid I wanted to have a career that helped people. I graduated from high school while working as a Volunteer Fire Fighter and Rescue Technician. I have always felt a calling to serve the community in some capacity. I have enjoyed the ability to do that professionally and personally.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I have spent most of my life working in Emergency Medical Services and it truly was my calling. I still hold my license as a Paramedic today.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
I entered the insurance business part time 8 years ago. I said from the beginning that I wasn’t going to do something unless it was serving a purpose. The more I learned about personal insurance the more it became obvious that there is a huge disconnect from most agents to their clients. As I learned, I noted that many of my clients were underinsured or paying for things they didn’t need.

What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
Uncertainty. As an independent insurance agent my number 1 goal is to review my clients current policies and make sure that they understand their coverages. Once I know exactly what my client’s needs are, my 2nd goal is to find an insurance policy tailored for them at the most competitive price available today.

Yes please!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have a two young children so what is spare time? On a serious note, I love being involved with my kids sports or at the lake with the family. I am an outdoorsman so in the fall and winter months I tend to get out the city as much as possible hunting and fishing.

Helping others to understand that all protection plans are not created equally.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
After winning the Texas Lotto, I would be working on the farm.

When Clients understand that we are working for them and know we care.
How long have you been working in your field?
5 years insurance, 25 years previously in mortgage

Helping clients to understand the value of protection that they have or need.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m blessed to be the assistant ring master of our own 3 ring circus. Working for Candice the head ring master / wife of 20 years and our 3 performers / children we travel around the area to different event for church, school, and sports.
What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Insurance can be quite complex, I enjoy helping my clients understand the intricacies and feel comfortable with their policy. Personally, I am passionate about cooking. Whether that is with my smoker, grill, flat-top, or the kitchen, I think good food can always create friends and memories.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I would be a professional monkey trainer.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
The greatest compliment is when my clients refer their friends and family based on the merits of my service.
How long have you been working in your field?
I have been in the insurance industry for 2 years now.
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
I consistently help find my clients the best fit for their current situation and, more importantly, I advise them on a game plan for the next few years.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Go to the movies and Dallas Stars Hockey games!
What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
I am passionate about music and its impact on the soul. Professionally, I am passionate about doing what is best for my client!
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
If I weren’t doing what I do here at Fellers Insurance, I would be traveling the world, sharing music with all those who would listen.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
I believe there are so many different ways to measure performance, but my measure is the response of my clients. Whether the response is known by the entire staff, or if the response is just an email to me, these continue to remind me I am in the right place in this season of my life.
How long have you been working in your field?
I have been working as an Agent here at Fellers for 8 years, but counting prior years in the insurance industry, my time served is 11 years.
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
I would say the problems I help with most is ensuring the client is getting the most competitive premium for the coverage we quote as an agency. In the end, cover the client as I would want to be covered and as I would cover my own family, because my clients are an extension of my family.

My favorite dessert is ANY! I have the body to prove it!!!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love to listen to music, spend time with my wife and sons, drink Iced Tea, and generally do as little as possible!

What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
Long term relationships that follow me wherever I go because I genuinely care about those that I am here to support. Also, I believe in being able to take pride in my work, no matter how big or small my tasks may be and I always find a way to figure things out and make it work.
How long have you been working in your field?
Less than 2 months; this is a new career move for me and I am truly excited about jumping in and getting to work with this
incredible group! New adventures and journeys are taken on with enthusiasm and I love learning new things.

I don’t have a particular problem that is consistently addressed, but I always do anything I possibly can to assist my clients with
their needs.

I am a true chocoholic; I enjoy pretty much anything chocolate, except for those little filled chocolates that come out around
Valentine’s Day.

I love hanging out with my family; whether we play games, cook together, or just chill out. I also enjoy taking on home & garden

Helping customers make sure they are properly insured. Personally, I love spending time with my family and my daughter Sophia.

A chef, I enjoy cooking and being behind a grill.

Having customers come back after a period of time and telling me the appreciate my service.

I am most passionate professionally making people happy and making sure that I can save a family money, but still have all their assets covered properly. Personally, I am passionate about my children and their happiness.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
If I wasn’t in the insurance business I would be a party/wedding planner. I love parties!
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
When someone calls upset and at the end of conversation they are happy with what I have done or at least not upset anymore.

I have been in insurance about 5 years.
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
The biggest problem I solve for clients is the rate increase. I look at shopping for better rates or explain the reasons for the increase.

My favorite dessert is either chocolate chip cookies or a dipped cone from DQ.

In my spare time I love watching my boys play baseball or just sit and read a book.

I am most passionate about learning the details of each carriers billing and underwriting so that I can help every customer save money and help coworkers find solutions to each customers problems quickly & easily. Personally I am passionate about taking care of my family by being the best wife and mother/homemaker
