Fellers Insurance has handled my insurance needs for 11 years. The staff is very courteous and professional. They truly care about their clients. Each year we discuss my insurance needs and any changes that may have occurred and we adjust if necessary. I am happy to say, they watch my renewal quotes with my current insurance carrier, to make sure I am not being taken advantage of. I have only needed to file one claim in the 11 years I have been with them, which also was the first time in 40 years, I had to file an insurance claim, and it went very smooth and was handled in a very timely manner.
